The East Anglian Air Ambulance Emergency Services Fun Day is back at Ferry Meadows following an amazing turn out in 2016!
They will be joined once again by our friends at the East of England Ambulance Service Trust (EEAST), Cambridgeshire Search and Rescue (CamSAR), Cambridgeshire Constabulary, Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service, Cambridgeshire and Suffolk SERV blood riders and NHS Blood and Transport!
There will be children's fairground rides, face painting and the Ferry Meadows Railway will be donating their train fares on the day to us so enjoy a ride across the park and support EAAA! Hot and cold drinks will be available as well as cakes and an ice cream van, so bring a picnic and spend the day with EAAA.
One of the air ambulance helicopters will arrive on the day - time subject to missions - so long as the weather is fine to fly and they have not been called out on a mission. A great opportunity to meet our crew, see our helicopter and find out how your donations help us to keep saving lives!
Normal Ferry Meadows parking charges apply. Last year the car parks filled up and the overflow car park will be open, but please consider popping along on your bikes, travelling by bus or using the Nene Valley Railway to reduce traffic!
